Cannot specify Y in indexes read
cannot specify I in non-index read
cannot have index read after data rad. problem with this bases-maskdual index when the first it index + UMI (chip-seq example: y*,i8y9,i*,y* even when changing the runinfo.xml):
- change run info to 3 indexes - fail
- change run info to have non-indexed read between indexed reads - failcan output indexed read with both the index and UMI but not just UMI
