Register Plates

Uploads plates with compounds into Chempion.

In the upper table you will need to add a row for each well with the new/existing plate/s name

In the bottom table, you will see the new/existing plates, you can add a new plate by filling its type and optional location.

Here is a snapshot example, you can see there is a new plate "plate1" and an existing plate "plate2":

Register Plate Type

Registers a new plate type with the number of rows and columns and if it is a source plate or not.

Here is a snapshot example:

Clone Plates

Clone plate/s from one the the other with the desired volume.

You can also declare the new plate/s location in the bottom table.

Reformat

Reformats 4 source plate to 1 destination plate.

You can also declare the location of the destination plate in the bottom menu.

Transfer from Plates to Matrix Tubes

Transfers plate/s to matrix tube/s with the desired volume.

You can also set the location of the newly create tube matrix.

Update Compounds

Updates compounds in an existing plate.

You need the plate name and well, and the relevant attributes you want to update.
